Summary: n The Private Duty LPN will provide skilled nursing care to patients requiring professional nursing services in accordance with physician's order, directed by the RN, and in compliance with company policies/procedures, state and federal regulations.n

Experience: nnOne (1) year experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferrednn Licensing/Certification/Education Requirements: nnGraduate of a Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) ProgramnCurrent Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensenCurrent CPR Certification nCurrent State Driver's LicensenCurrent Auto Liability Insurance according to Company Policynn Required Computer Skills / Equipment UsednnDemonstrate proficiency with electronic medical record applicationnDemonstrate proficiency with HR Payroll SystemnBlood Pressure EquipmentnRoutine Blood/I.V. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
