Summary: n The Private Duty LPN will provide skilled nursing care to patients requiring professional nursing services in accordance with physician's order, directed by the RN, and in compliance with company policies/procedures, state and federal regulations.n

Experience: nnOne (1) year experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferrednn Licensing/Certification/Education Requirements: nnGraduate of a Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) ProgramnCurrent Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensenCurrent CPR Certification nCurrent State Driver's LicensenCurrent Auto Liability Insurance according to Company Policynn Required Computer Skills / Equipment UsednnDemonstrate proficiency with electronic medical record applicationnDemonstrate proficiency with HR Payroll SystemnBlood Pressure EquipmentnRoutine Blood/I.V.
