We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Resort Manager position in Hohenwald, TN. This resort is a beautifully wooded RV camp in Tennessee that offers camera-worthy lookouts and a relaxing getaway environment. Located right off the scenic Natchez Trace Parkway, this resort makes RV camping an adventure and features some of the best outdoor resources and recreation in Tennessee.
What You'll Do (including but not limited to):
Manage the day-to-day operations of the community including staff, resident relations, customer service
Manage and Increase occupancy through home sales, leasing home sites and actively marketing the community
Analyze and prepare annual and long-term budgets, monitor income statements, variance reports, identify market trends, and control costs
Ensure physical operations are maintained to ELS standards by conducting inspections of grounds, buildings, vacant sites, and obtaining bids and contracts for projects
Maximize the profitability of the resort
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 5 plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
