MDS Coordinator - RN REQUIRED

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
o Regulates and maintains the MDS/PPS program and completion schedule.
o Develops and coordinates appropriate nursing care plan from MDS/RUG category.
o Analyzes assessment data independently for complex patient problems and indentifies early subtle changes that formulate RUG categories and effect patient care.
o Evaluates effectiveness of nursing care plans, and updates MDS/RAI process with completion guidelines.
o Promptly respond to all emergency calls with appropriate emergency intervention.
o Provide care to residents including administration of treatments, medications, social and emotional support.
o Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications:
Education: Licensed Registered Nurse.
Relevant
Experience: Two (2) or more years experience.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, MDS software.
Licenses/Certifications: Registered Nurse license.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
